Streaming may be interrupted or unavailable because of maintenance, technical difficulties, internet connectivity, service-provider outages, licensing restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Program schedules, hosts, playlists, music selections, and broadcast times may change without notice.
Listening to our stream may require a compatible device, browser, internet connection, or third-party player. Your internet or mobile provider may charge data or access fees.
Wild Dogs Radio does not control every aspect of the Live365 streaming platform and cannot guarantee the availability or performance of services operated by Live365.

Community Enforcement
By participating in The Pack, you agree to follow these community rules and the applicable Terms of Use.
Wild Dogs Radio may remove messages, restrict chat access, or take other reasonable moderation action when necessary to address spam, harassment, bullying, abuse, or repeated violations of these rules.
Please remember that chat messages may be visible to other participants. Do not share private or sensitive information in the chat.
Community features may be provided by third-party services, including Minnit Chat. Their own terms and policies may also apply.
We do not guarantee that every message will be reviewed or that all inappropriate content will be identified or removed immediately.

Wild Dogs Radio may provide opportunities for artists, bands, record labels, publicists, or authorized representatives to submit music and related materials for consideration.
Submission opportunities, eligibility requirements, technical specifications, and review procedures may change. Artists should follow the instructions provided on the applicable submission page.
By submitting material, you represent that:
You own the material or have permission and authority to submit it.
You have obtained the necessary permissions from relevant songwriters, performers, producers, labels, publishers, and other rights holders.
Your submission does not knowingly violate another person’s legal rights.
The information you provide about the material is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Submitting music does not guarantee airplay, acceptance, promotion, a review, an interview, or any other feature. Wild Dogs Radio retains discretion over its programming and the material it chooses to feature.
Unless separate written terms state otherwise, submitting material does not transfer copyright ownership to Wild Dogs Radio.
By submitting material, you authorize Wild Dogs Radio to receive and review it for the stated submission purpose. Wild Dogs Radio does not operate the Threadless checkout system and cannot guarantee product availability, pricing, fulfillment, shipping times, or the resolution of an order handled by Threadless.

10. DONATIONS
Wild Dogs Radio may accept voluntary donations through PayPal to help support station operations.
Donations are processed through PayPal or the applicable payment provider and are subject to that provider’s terms and policies.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific written arrangement, a donation does not purchase ownership, control, guaranteed airplay, advertising, a guaranteed feature, or any other particular benefit.
Do not assume a donation is tax-deductible. Donors should consult a qualified tax professional about their individual circumstances.
