Wild Dogs Radio respects the rights of musicians, songwriters, recording artists, record labels, photographers, designers, and other content creators.
This policy explains how Wild Dogs Radio approaches music licensing, copyright permissions, artist submissions, promotional content, and reports of alleged copyright infringement.
Wild Dogs Radio operates its online radio broadcast through Live365. Music licensing and royalty reporting for eligible broadcasts are provided through Live365, subject to the applicable package terms, licensing arrangements, territorial limitations, and metadata requirements.
2. Copyright Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, content published on the Wild Dogs Radio website and its associated platforms may be protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws.
This may include:
Station logos, branding, graphics, and original website content.
Photographs, promotional artwork, and images.
Written descriptions, articles, and other original material.
Audio recordings, music, and artist-submitted content.
Promotional materials published with permission.
Copyright remains with the respective owner unless ownership has been legally transferred. The appearance of content on Wild Dogs Radio does not mean that Wild Dogs Radio owns that content or that it is available for unrestricted reuse.

3. Live365 Music Licensing and Royalty Reporting
Wild Dogs Radio broadcasts music through Live365.
Live365 provides music licensing and royalty-reporting coverage for eligible broadcasts under applicable Broadcast package terms. Its standard licensing arrangements cover specified territories, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico, through agreements with relevant performing rights organizations and other rights holders.
The organizations and coverage applicable to a broadcast depend on Live365’s current agreements and the terms of the station’s package.
Live365’s licensing coverage is not an unconditional guarantee that every recording is covered in every territory or for every possible use. It applies only where the applicable licensing arrangements and requirements are satisfied.
Wild Dogs Radio relies on Live365 for the licensing and royalty-reporting services included in its applicable package. Wild Dogs Radio does not independently claim to license every recording or every type of music use.
4. Music Metadata and ISRC Information
Wild Dogs Radio prepares music metadata before uploading tracks to the station.
Our metadata preparation process includes:
Artist name.
Song title.
Album name.
Release year.
International Standard Recording Code (ISRC), when applicable and available for the recording.
Associated song artwork.
Accurate artist and track information is important for identifying recordings and supporting applicable music reporting and licensing requirements. Live365’s licensing coverage may depend on accurate, timely metadata being supplied for each track.
Wild Dogs Radio makes efforts to prepare this information before uploading music. Metadata preparation does not independently establish that a recording is covered by a particular license.
ISRC information identifies a specific recording; it does not, by itself, establish copyright ownership or grant permission to use a recording.
5. Recordings Outside Applicable Live365 Licensing Coverage
If a recording is not covered by the applicable Live365 licensing arrangements, Wild Dogs Radio obtains appropriate authorization before airing it.
Permission must come from a person or organization with the authority to authorize the intended use. Depending on the circumstances, this may be the artist, recording owner, label, or another authorized rights holder.
Permission to broadcast a recording does not automatically grant permission to use its artwork, photographs, music videos, or other material for unrelated purposes.
Where necessary, Wild Dogs Radio seeks separate authorization for those uses.
6. Artists Spotlight and Artist Authorization
Wild Dogs Radio obtains authorization before publishing artist features through its Artists Spotlight section.
Artist Spotlight content may include artist names, biographies, photographs, promotional images, links, and other materials supplied or approved for publication.
Submitting material does not automatically grant Wild Dogs Radio unlimited rights to use it. Any permission granted is understood in the context of the intended promotional use.
Artists and representatives should submit only material they own or are authorized to provide. They should clearly identify any restrictions on the use of submitted material.
Wild Dogs Radio may decline, edit, or remove promotional content where appropriate, including when permission is unclear or a credible copyright concern is raised.
7. Music Submissions and Promotional Materials
Artists, labels, publicists, and representatives who submit music or promotional material to Wild Dogs Radio are responsible for ensuring that they have the authority to provide it for the intended purpose.
Submitting music does not transfer copyright ownership to Wild Dogs Radio.
A submission also does not automatically authorize every possible use of the submitted material. Broadcasting, website publication, promotional graphics, photographs, videos, and other uses may require different permissions.
Wild Dogs Radio may request clarification or additional authorization before using submitted material.
8. Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringement

Depending on the nature of the complaint, we may request further information, restrict access to reported material, remove website content, contact the person who supplied the material, or take other appropriate action.
For complaints involving music broadcasts, Wild Dogs Radio may also need to contact Live365 or follow Live365’s applicable reporting procedures.
A report concerning material on the Wild Dogs Radio website is not automatically a request to Live365 to remove a recording from its services. Where Live365 controls the relevant service or material, the complainant may need to use Live365’s own procedures as well.
10. DMCA Notices and Counter-Notifications
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) provides procedures for certain copyright claims involving online material in the United States.
Wild Dogs Radio will review copyright notices received at office@wilddogsradio.com and take appropriate action based on the material, the information supplied, and applicable law.
A formal DMCA notice may require specific statements and information under applicable law. A general email or an informal complaint is not necessarily a legally sufficient DMCA notice.
If material is removed or disabled following a copyright complaint, the person who supplied the material may contact Wild Dogs Radio to explain why they believe the material was removed in error. Any formal counter-notification will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any procedures that apply to the service hosting the material.
Wild Dogs Radio cannot guarantee that every dispute can be resolved directly by the station. Depending on where the material is hosted or broadcast, the relevant service provider’s procedures may also apply.
11. Repeat Copyright Infringement
Wild Dogs Radio may decline future submissions, remove material, or take other appropriate action when a person repeatedly submits material that raises credible copyright concerns.
Any action will depend on the circumstances, the available information, and applicable law.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
Wild Dogs Radio may link to or use third-party services, including Live365, Minnit Chat, and the Wild Dogs Radio Threadless shop.
Third-party services may have their own content, licensing arrangements, copyright policies, and reporting procedures. Wild Dogs Radio does not control every aspect of those services.
For material hosted or controlled by a third party, a copyright concern may need to be directed to that provider.
Wild Dogs Radio’s use of a third-party service does not imply ownership of that provider’s content or guarantee that all material available through it is free of copyright restrictions.
